BOOTS TRANSPORT LTD. IS IN NEED OF EXPERIENCED DRIVERS!!

Boots Transport is a common carrier (For Hire Carrier) that has been in business since 1991. We operate solely in Western Canada are a 100% Flat Deck orientated carrier. We haul 53′ Highboy tridoms and well as 53′ step decks.

The applicant for this job will have the following duties and responsibilities:

Be able to perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip on equipment
Ability to communicate with dispatch and safety department. Must have own smart phone (company pays flat fee per week)
be able to maneuver tractor trailer combo in tight spaces and be in 100% control of vehicle at all times
Driver will be responsible for route management and trip planning
Keep in contact with customers on time sensitive freight
Understand load securement, weights and measures and hours of service
Keeping equipment clean
Filling out weekly run sheets, fuel reports and BOL’s
Attend all mandatory driver safety meetings
Tarp certain loads
